State of Flow is a support system, not a done-for-you copywriting service. While traditional copywriting projects often involve deep audience and brand research, crafting copy from scratch, and providing detailed strategies, State of Flow focuses on refining and elevating your ideas and drafts.
With State of Flow, you’re in control of the creative process. You'll take the lead on drafting with me as your sounding board, editor, and accountability partner (and cheerleader).
No heavy research or strategy. No full audits or starting from scratch. State of Flow is about clarity, not overhauls—we work with what you bring. You already know your people. I’m here to help you communicate with them more effectively.
This depends on how you prefer to work. If you like to batch create, you might spend a couple of hours the first week drafting your content for the month. If you prefer a week-to-week flow, you can dedicate smaller pockets of time to draft and upload. The goal is to work with your natural rhythm and make the process feel sustainable (and repeatable).
We’ll use a private Notion Copy Hub to keep everything organised, from your drafts to my feedback. You’ll also have access to me via Slack, email, or DM for questions, check-ins, and quick wins—whichever feels most comfortable for you.
For drafts you can paste them onto Notion directly or upload them as Google Docs.
