After several years running The Wellness Way’s Irish franchisee, Discover Chiropractic, Dr. Paige is now launching her own clinic in Lake Forest, Il. While staying in The Wellness Way family, her move across the Atlantic Ocean signals a fresh start and a rebuild from the ground up.
Dr Paige wanted to tap into the local SEO with her own website while establishing her credibility online and building more of a personal brand presence.
The goal for her website is to have more opportunities to share her expertise in her specialised areas and create an online presence that would allow her to expand her practice, attracting more clients and doctors in the process.

Dr. Paige wanted potential patients to feel hopeful, empowered, and relaxed when they came into contact with her brand—like they can take a deep breath in and trust that they will find answers.
Dr. Paige's primary clientele consists of mostly women between 30 and 60 who are sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. With her own history of autoimmune health issues, period pain, and allergies, she wanted to speak to women who know that health is not a quick fix and are looking to change not just their symptoms, but their lives—and the lives of their children.
It's important for Dr. Paige that we position The Wellness Way — Lake Forest as being women's go-to for their health needs. However, we had to be careful not to use any 'claiming' language.
We also needed to connect things to The Wellness Way from her website in respect of their franchise agreement.

Dr. Paige's own health journey is an essential part of her practice—it's the reason she became a chiropractor. More importantly the reason she became a chiropractor with The Wellness Way who focus largely on hormone health and food allergies alongside chiropractic care.
VoC research made clear that the type of patients that find Dr. Paige are cautious and distrustful of any kind of health care. They've been let down by conventional medicine but also don't feel confident alternative healthcare will work. They're willing to invest in the services but only if they feel confident it will work.
I decided centring Dr. Paige's personal story in the web copy was more important than showcasing credentials alone. Her patients need to feel safe and understood. Past clients also indicated that being listened to was just as important to their health journey as the testing and treatment plans. So, I strengthened her brand story and weaved it throughout her messaging.
Many of Dr. Paige's clients are women who have been let down by traditional medicine—especially when it comes to their hormone health. One of the common threads in Voice of Client research was feeling of disenchantment and cynicism. Her client base is disheartened. The intention then was to meet them where they're at and foster hope again.
Dr. Paige's most aligned clients are ready to make significant lifestyle changes. They're done with quick fixes, fads, and medications. They want to switch to practices and treatments that will make a difference to them and their family—a true health journey.
